One of Linus’ lifelong dreams has been to cultivate his own vineyard, and here at La Joya, that dream has been brought to life. In May 2021, after securing the necessary license, we were able to have authentic Mallorcan grape varieties planted by a local winemaker. With his expertise, he carefully planted the iconic Giro Ros and Callet vines, varieties deeply rooted in Mallorca’s winemaking tradition. 

These precious vines are nurtured with care and dedication by our trusted winemaker, ensuring the vines thrive in Mallorca’s unique soil and climate. Linus, however, couldn’t resist getting involved himself—regularly caring for his cherished vines with his trusty tractor.

 

We were thrilled to taste our very first Rosé recently, a moment that brought immense pride and joy. Now, we eagerly await the treasures that future harvests will bring. 

Our wine will be a true reflection of our estate, exclusively offered here at Can Floquet, and a special part of our home’s story—a unique taste that embodies the heart and soul of our finca.
