Hello, we are Linus and Alischa, proud parents to three adorable daughters, and passionate home creators with a deep love for transforming old spaces into something new.

Our journey into the world of renovations began with our apartment in our hometown, where we discovered the joy of breathing new life into older objects.

 

However, the dream of Can Floquet came later—sparked by the desire to find a house near the sea, a second home where our children could be children, where they could grow up surrounded by nature and freedom and where we could truly unwind. Mallorca—with its stunning beaches, diverse gastronomy, and family-friendly spirit—was the perfect place to make this dream come true.

Above all, a fully renovated property never felt right to us, because it’s hard to make it your own.

We knew we wanted something with character, something we could shape and transform; an old house, one that offered the chance to bring our vision to life, where we could add our own touch and personality. With an old, worn-down property, the possibilities are almost endless, and you don’t feel guilty to make the bold changes needed to bring it back to life and make it truly ours: Can Floquet was the perfect match for our vision.

 

​Alischa is the creative heart of Can Floquet, with a keen eye for design and aesthetics, while Linus is the doer—always ready to roll up his sleeves, and bring ideas to life. Together, we make an amazing team, always focused on preserving the authentic charm of the property while carefully integrating modern elements.​

Can Floquet is not just a renovation project for us—it’s a labor of love. Out of all the fincas we have visited, none has embraced us like this one. It feels like home, with heart.

 

The vineyard, which Linus had dreamed of for years, was the perfect addition to our vision. Having the space to plant it and nurture it was a dream come true.
